StudyTube AI helps users turn online videos into study materials like summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and notes. StudyTube AI is not affiliated with YouTube.

Information we collect

• User-provided content: YouTube links and any transcript text you paste into the app.
• Generated content: Summaries, flashcards, quizzes, notes, and tags you create in the app.
• Subscription information: If you subscribe, purchases are processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check subscription entitlement status (for example, whether Pro is active).
• Diagnostics (limited): Basic error logs and request IDs to troubleshoot issues and improve reliability.

How we use information

• To generate study materials from transcripts or audio transcription (if enabled).
• To store your study sets locally on your device.
• To verify Pro access and enforce monthly credit limits.
• To troubleshoot and improve the app.

Data storage

• Study sets (including tags and notes) are stored locally on your device.
• We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

• OpenAI: Used to generate summaries/flashcards/quizzes and, if enabled, audio transcription.
• Google Play Billing: Handles subscriptions and payments.
• RevenueCat: Helps manage subscription entitlements.
